Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to all purchases on fylvox.com and is governed by Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Consumer Protection' dated 12.05.1991 and Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' dated 03.09.2015. Personal data is processed under Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 01.06.2010.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel within 14 days of purchase without reason, unless the service is fully performed or goods are custom-made/perishable. Contact us at contact@fylvox.com or +380 959 829 8670.

3. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days using the original payment method. Deductions apply for services already rendered. If we cancel, you receive a full refund.

4. Fees

No fees for timely cancellations. Late cancellations may incur a fee up to 20% of order value, where permitted by Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Consumer Protection' dated 12.05.1991.

5. Complaints and Rights

Under Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Consumer Protection' dated 12.05.1991, you may submit complaints to contact@fylvox.com. We respond within 30 days. Disputes are resolved per Ukrainian law.

6. Language

Per Law of Ukraine No. 2704-VIII 'On ensuring the functioning of Ukrainian as the state language' dated 25.04.2019, consumer information is available in Ukrainian. This English version is a translation.
