Consumer rights and complaints

Under Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Consumer Protection' dated 12.05.1991, you have the right to submit a complaint and to have it resolved. Complaints may be sent to contact@fylvox.com. We aim to respond within 30 calendar days.
