Terms of Service
1. General
These Terms govern the use of fylvox.com and travel bookings under Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' dated 03.09.2015 and Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Consumer Protection' dated 12.05.1991.

3. Booking and Pricing
Prices are shown in the checkout currency and include mandatory charges. A booking is confirmed after payment and written confirmation. Travel services follow Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-ВР 'On Tourism' dated 15.09.1995; the tour operator, licence status and service terms are disclosed before the contract.
4. Liability
The Website is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, except where liability cannot be excluded under Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII.
5. Complaints and Disputes
Send complaints to contact@fylvox.com; we reply within 30 days. Unresolved disputes may be referred to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to court.
6. Personal Data and Cookies
Personal data is processed on a legal basis and with consent under Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 01.06.2010. Cookies require prior informed consent.
7. Advertising and Language
Advertising is truthful, non-misleading and distinguishable under Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-ВР 'On Advertising' dated 03.07.1996. Consumer information must be available in Ukrainian under Law of Ukraine No. 2704-VIII dated 25.04.2019.
